He was predeceased by: his parents, William Collins and Mary Collins (Cosack); and his son Ryan Collins. He is survived by: his wife Lola Collins; his daughter Megan Weiss (Gerald III); his grandchildren, Gerald IV and Evelyn Weiss; his brothers, Daniel Collins and Philip Collins; his sister-in-law Hilary; and his nephew Patrick.
