Rhoads III (Cherryl), Michelle Whalen (Jeff) and Heidi Blevins of Royersford, PA; the mother of his children Margaret Jean Rhoads; his sister Joyce Olszewski (Jack); his grandchildren, Scott Blevins Jr. (Jennifer), Matthew Blevins, Dusten Rhoads, Tonya Hillegass, Kyle Hillegass and Jessica Blevins (John); his great grandchildren, Chloe, Benton, Jayciana, Aiden, Jayden, Baelor, Amelia, Scotty III and Journee; and his significant other Dottie Gantz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
