Scharneck of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 84, on September 2, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Scharneck and Clara Scharneck (Barnhard); and his siblings, Robert, Charles, Richard Scharneck and Beatrice Ebright.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Arline Kerstetter Scharneck (Mentzer); his stepchildren, Roberta Oxenford (David), Debra Kerr (Michael) and Matthew Kerstetter (Annette); his grandchildren, David Oxenford Jr. (Jamie), Lauren Oxenford, Jacob Oxenford (Morgan), Brianna Kerstetter and Robert Kerstetter; and his great grandchildren, Quinn Oxenford, Everett Oxenford and Olivia Oxenford.
Inurnment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Please note, masks and social distancing will be required at the visitation and service.
