She is survived by: her parent Evellyn Whitehair (Alkire); her child Hope M.; her spouses, Jeffrey Garbutt, Sr. and Drew Van Dam; her grandchildren, Jeffrey L. Garbutt, Jr., Colby S. Van Dam, Nathan J. Van Dam and Marcell E. Benzenhafer; her siblings, Bob Whitehair, Paul Whitehair, Daris Whitehair, Holly Coates and Mary Jones; and also, Stacy L., Nicole A. Benzenhafer and Joseph E. Anderson.
