She was predeceased by: her parents, William P. Sr. Collins and Marian E. Collins (Dillman); her sons, Brian Lee Rightnour and David Allen Rightnour; and her siblings, John Collins, Barbara Collins Phillips, Kathleen Collins Eschbach and Marian Collins Wampole.
She is survived by: her children, Lucinda L. Willis, Philip "Scott" Rightnour and Robin D. Rightnour; her siblings, William, Stephen, Andrew, Dewey Collins and Marsha Peterman; her grandchildren, April Maxwell, Jonathan Rightnour, Arianne Rightnour, Lauren Gincley and Gunner Rightnour; and her great grandchildren, Allison Maxwell, Riley Maxwell, Timmy Cantz, Nadia Clevenger and Bennett Gincley.
