He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Betts, Sr.; and his brother Leroy. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Reinford-Betts; his mother Sylvia Betts (Grimes); his children, Eric, William, Tony Jr., Christopher and Tiffany (Juan Garcia); his grandchildren, Tony III, Julian, Jayson of Karter, TJ, Nico, Santino, Karlie, Liliana, Jude, Ava, Arabella, Sophia, Dalylah and Zoe; his great grandchild Kali; and his brothers, Calvin Jr., Tracey, Fletcher, Van, Brian and Ian. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
