He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Kleman Sr. and Nancy J. Kleman (Schaeffer); and his siblings, David M. Kleman and Nancy L. Evans. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank W. Kleman Jr. (DeeDee) of Clay County, WV, Maryann Moyer and Bernice Shelalis; and his brother-in-law Thomas Evans (late Nancy L. Evans). He is also survived by two nieces, three nephews, 5 great nephews and 1 great niece.
