He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Olejarz and Susan Bois Olejarz; and his brother Robert J. Caiado. He is survived by: his fiancée Amanda Larkin; and his stepdaughter Cecelia Larkin of Pottsville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
