He is survived by: his wife Carla Moser; his children, Jason Fowler, Fallon of Pottsville, Jennifer Spotts, Nicholas Zimmerman of Saint Clair, Jacquelynn M. Dissinger of Pottsville, Nikki Spotts of Pottsville and Dennis Spotts Jr.; his close friends, Mercedes Rivera of Pottsville, Daniel Spotts, Crystal Tyner of Lancaster, Sassy Spotts, Joshua Stoudt of Pottsville and Sammanthia Wyroski (Gerald II) of Pottsville; and his siblings, Janice Greene, Willis and Earle Spotts. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
