He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sr. Felty and Dolores Felty. He is survived by: his son Shaun Felty of Jacksonville, NC; and his siblings, Sharon (Russell Olt) of Pine Grove and Earl Jr. (Kathee Felty) of Wernersville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
