She is survived by: her husband Anthony Kuchinsky; her granddaughter Cheyenne; her daughters, Mary Ellen (Dale Cochran) of Macungie and Tina Kuchinsky (Mike Wiley) of Hazleton; her grandsons, Jacob Freil and Brett Cochran; her siblings, Marie (Stan Poremba) of Kulpmont and James F. (Diane McCormick) of Shamokin; her niece Denise Hackman (Cory) of Highspire, PA; her nephew James Kuchinsky, Jr. (Susan); and her brother-in-law James A. Kuchinsky, Sr. (Nancy) of Summerfield, FL..
