He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo L. Scheuren and Elizabeth L. Scheuren (Pepper); his wife Marie T. Scheuren (Purcell); his sons, Frank L. Jr. and Thomas J.; and his stepmother Mildred Scheuren.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Elizabeth Scheuren of Pound Ridge, NY; his brother James L. Scheuren of Pottsville; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth A. Morris of Oxford, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
