He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret H. Speck, (Harland) and Howard E. Speck, Sr.; his aunt Jean; and his uncle Al McNamara. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey H. Speck (Jennifer) of Mountain Top, PA and Robert C. Speck (JoDee) of Cleona, PA.; his grandchildren, Amanda, Melanie, Rachel, Adam, Emily and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Cecelia, Milo and Natalie. He is also survived by one great granddaughter on the way; and nieces & nephews.
