Joseph R. Phillips Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph R. Phillips of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillips and Irma Phillips (Campion); and his sister Maureen Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Phillips (Garrity); his daughters, Janell Phillips of Orwigsburg and Lori Phillips of Pottsville; his granddaughter Zoie; and his sisters, Patricia Phillips of Blandon, Joan Steidle (Kurt) of Ephrata, Elaine Yondura (Ron) of Schoentown and Kathy O'Neill (Steve) of Enola. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
