She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry J. Ryan and Dorothy M. Ryan (Davenport); her husband Oscar R. Hood; her son John R. Hood; and her siblings, John, Henry, Francis, Theresa, Dorothy and Jane.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Thomas Hood (Michelle) and Michael A. (Francine); her grandchildren, Nicole and Brandon Hood; her sister-in-law Pat Ryan; and her niece Jane Barret. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
