She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene Sullivan and Stephanie Sullivan-Zager (Wapinsky); and her brothers, James and John Sullivan. She is survived by : her husband Andrew Hertz; her daughters, Cynthia (Richard Neade) of St. Clair and Andrea (Mark Witalka) of Peru, IL; her grandchildren, Jolie Witalka and Keith Witalka; her daughters, Korey Witalka and Kelly Witalka; and her great grandchildren, Amaree Bainbridge, Juleon Bainbridge, Azarea Bainbridge, Jastun Witalka, Aidan Witalka, Oliva Witalka, Charlotte Witalka and Greyson Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
