He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Azbell and Dorothy Azbell (Weissmiller); and his brothers, Edward Azbell and Lawrence Azbell, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Wolfe Roofing; his wife Pamela Azbell (Madara); his children, Christa Azbell of Schuylkill Haven, Amy Azbell of Schuylkill Haven, Jennifer Azbell of Pottsville and Randy E. Azbell of Pottsville; his grandchildren, Randy Jr., Rebecca, Kobey, Andrew, Taylor, Madison, Chloe and Miley; his great grandchildren, Evan, Emma Lee, Ella, Owen and Aiden; and his siblings, Linda Lopez of Schuylkill Haven and John Azbell of Minersville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
