It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Hess (Pottsville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 14, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester A. Hess and Mary E. Hess (Manmiller); his brother Lester "Butch" Hess; and his niece Amy Wood (Hess). He is survived by: his sons, Christopher D. Boyer (Nicole) and Chad A. Boyer (Jessica Shober); his sister Nancy Plucker (late Gerald); his nephews, Mark (Stephanie Plucker) and Tony (Mary Plucker); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin, Colton, Taylor, Alex, Sydney and Jeremy; and his sister-in-law Nita Hess.
