She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Cook and Agatha Martha Cook (Aukstakalnis); and her siblings, Andrew, Murton, Joseph and Frances.
She is survived by: her caregiver Anesthetist; and her brothers, John A. Cook of Pottsville and Edmund Cook of New York. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
