She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry M. Xedeas and Anna M. Xedeas (Lyston); her husband Edward J. Crepack; her siblings, Thomas Xedeas and Elaine Xedeas; her niece Deborah Bohr; her son Sgt. David Crepack; and her brother-in-law Francis Crepack.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice George (Tommy); her granddaughters, Nicole Lepisto (Joseph) and Rebecca Gonzales (Jared); her niece Angelique Schultz (Robert); her great-nephew Graham; her great-niece Thelma; her niece Alexis Cataldi (Philip); and her great grandchildren, Kaileb, Alina Gonzales, Jayden, Myla and Coby Lepisto.
It was Thelma's request that donations be made to the local SPCA or the local chapter of HDSA (Huntington's Disease Society of America) 500 West Germantown Pike 1900 Suite1020 Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 in her memory.
