She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Pearl (Bush) and Marion Grant Lingenfelter; her husband Charles William Hilliard; her brothers, Grant, Glaze and Fred Lingenfelter; her sisters-in-law, Emma Jean, Kathryn and Marguerite Lingenfelter; and her son-in-law Kenneth Bishop.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Hoffman (Larry) of Eddyville, Shelly Bishop of Punxsutawney and Melody London (David) of Punxsutawney; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Bishop (Julia), Reggie Bishop (Carrie), Lacee Neely (Bill), Courtney Eitner (Mike), Michael London (Missy) and William Hoffman (Kara).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, in memory of Mrs. Hilliard, towards the Kitchen Renovation of the Ringgold United Methodist Church.
