He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean Sutter; his daughters, Dana Dillard (Robert) of Colorado and Robin Hartman (Derek) of Eagle Harbor, Florida; his grandchildren, Stephanie Garrett of Aurora Colorado, Chrysta Montanez of Knik and Olivia Hartman; his great grandchildren, Asher and Ephraim Garrett; and his siblings, Thomas H. James (Patricia) of Wellsville, Joseph James (Kathleen) of Dayton, Richard James (Linda) of Ashland, Massachusetts, Katherine "Kate" Watterson of Shelocta, Joyce King (Joe) of Shepard and Elizabeth "Dub" Pape of Anita.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shumaker Funeral Home (115 E Union St, Punxsutawney, PA 15767). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
