It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Etha Rodgers of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Clair Harrison Stewart; her husband James Alvin Rodgers; her grandson Frederick Nathan Coulter; and her siblings, James Clair Stewart and Frances Arlene Stage.
She is survived by: her mother Hilda Garnet Stewart (Dobson); her children, Kathryn L. Coulter (Frederick) of Punxsutawney, Carol A. Fike (Wayne) of Summerville and Alvin D. Rodgers (Maryann) of Reynoldsville; her grandchildren, William J. Coulter (Erin), Douglas P. Coulter, Jeffery W. Fike (Myranda), Jennifer R. Wilson (Matthew), Heather L. Rodgers, Heidi N. Rodgers, Caitlyn Rodgers and Samuel A. Rodgers (Madi); her sister Edna "Jane" Jones of Erie; and her sister-in-law Ellen Stewart of Silvis, Illinois.. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
