He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Edward Hockenberry and Audrey Mae Hockenberry (Hollen); and his siblings, Raymond C. Hockenberry, Rae Hockenberry and Althea Dotts.
He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Jesse Lynn Hockenberry (Kathryn) of Punxsutawney and Brittany Linn Martz (Cody) of Tennessee; his adoptive son T. J. Weaver (Maria) of Alexandria, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Colton, Heath Martz, Laif and Rose Hockenberry of Punxsutawney. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shumaker Funeral Home, Inc. (115 E Union St, Punxsutawney, PA 15767).
