She was predeceased by: her father Russell L. Kratz; her sister Christine Famularo (Kratz); and her father-in-law Glen Horsfield. She is survived by: her husband Ken Horsfield; her mother Doris Leatherman (Zepp); her stepfather Harold Leatherman; her siblings, Rick Kratz (Tina) of Telford, PA, Ron Kratz (Terri) of Quakertown, PA, Randy Kratz of Telford, PA, Robert Kratz of Skippack, PA and Kathy Greulich of Pottstown, PA.; her siblings-in-law, Cindy Cox (John), Tim and Rick Horsfield; her mother-in-law Floss Horsfield (Kromis); and her close friend Denise Reinhart (Snyder). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
