She was predeceased by: her husband William C. Morgans, Jr.; her parents, Benjamin Hitchens and Ida Mae Hitchens (Mininck); and her siblings, Ethel Van Kana, Florence Rader, Grace Hitchens, Margaret Clemens, Mildred Bremens, Jean Stewart, Shirley Garman, Benjamin, George, Horace, Raymond and Robert Hitchens.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond F. Singer, Jr. (Sandy) of Bremerton, WA and Richard A. Singer of Bechtelsville, PA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
