Bowen Jr. (Quakertown, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James E., Sr. and Elizabeth Bowen (Wendler); and his son James Bowen, III. He is survived by : his children, Jane Reynolds of Allentown, PA, Heather Ney (Travis) of Center Valley, PA and Edward Bowen (Adrianne) of East Greenville, PA.; his siblings, Michael Bowen (Nancy) of Warrington, PA, Patrick Bowen (Barbara) of Boca Raton, FL and Betty Jane Eccleston of Chandler, AZ.; and his grandchildren, Michelle Devlin, Elizabeth Devlin, Jayden Ney, Macie Bowen, Christian Ney and Madalynn Ney.
