He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Jeanne E. Schlicher (Penney); his parents, Kiwako Schlicher (Toyoshima) of Allentown and Richard M. Schlicher; his daughters, Sarah E. Schlicher of Cleveland, OH and Alison J. Schlicher of Quakertown; his sister Carol (Troy Stewart) of Allentown; his aunt Ritsuko Toyoshima of Tokyo, Japan; his niece Alicia (Scott Ebert); his nephew Hunter Stewart; his cousin John Schlicher (Suzanne); his parents-in-law, Robert and Sandra Penney of Reading; his pet Roscoe; and also Samantha of Houston, TX.
