He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald F. Barndt and Theda R. Barndt (Hunsberger); his stepmother Thelma Barndt; his sister Sonja Lorenzo (Barndt); and his stepbrother Jeff McCarty.
He is survived by: his stepmother Cecilia Barndt; his siblings, Elaine Smith (Michael), Cindy Dumberth (Edward), Richard Barndt (Page) and Robert Barndt; his stepbrothers, Kevin, John and Bryan McCarty; his brother-in-law Robert Lorenzo; and his stepsister Karen Jones (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery (910 Allentown Rd, Sellersville, PA 18960).
