He is survived by: his spouse Leesa Wyatt Shoemaker; his mother Mary Neff Shoemaker; his son Allan Michael Shoemaker; and his siblings, Bill Shoemaker, Jim Shoemaker, Andy Shoemaker, Laura Shoemaker, Aaron Shoemaker and Joe Shoemaker. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
