We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2025, at the age of 78, Betty Sue Updyke of Quarryville, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Betty Sue may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty Sue touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kevin Updyke; and her brother Donald Goff. She is survived by: her children, Melanie Johnson (Mark), Tammy Waldo (Seth), Jason Updyke, Beth McNeal (Don) and David Fishel Jr. (Tamiya); and also David Fishel Sr.. She is also survived by grandchildren; and by her 9 great-grandchildren.
