It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred A Hicklin of Reading, Pennsylvania, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Hicklin and Rosa Mae Hicklin (Horton); his son Dexter Mayo; and his brother Marion B. Hicklin. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Mae Hicklin (McIntosh); his children, Schronda Greene, Alfred "Dino" Mayo, Loveta Mayo, Jeffrey Shields, Lonnie T. Shields, Anthony Mayo, Skyra Gonzalez, Tonya Rayford, James McIntosh (Marceline), Teresa Curtis, Mamie McIntosh and LeRoy Curtis; and his sister Tara E. Hicklin-Duncan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
