He was predeceased by: his wife Asurin Bermudez Torres; his parents, Carlina Montero and Angel Toro; his sisters, Elba Gomez, Minerva Rodriguez and Luz Rodriguez; and his son Amildo Toro, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Miriam Toro, Loida Ester Toro, Yolanda Toro, Migdalia Toro, Sonia Ivette Toro, Angel Luis Toro and Samuel Toro; and his brother Angel Toro. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
