She is survived by: her husband Juan Velazquez Ruiz of Bayamon; her children, Zenia Livingston (Brandon) of Nashville, Sara Cartwright (Willard) of Nashville and Juan Gonzales (Shirley) of Philadelphia, PA; her sisters, Maria Ruiz Cintron of Bayamon, PR, Mildred Soto of Reading, PA, Elsa Sobrino of Reading, PA and Melba Rivera of Reading, PA; and also Puerto Rico.
