She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene "Duke" Farley; her parents, Mary M. Martin and Oscar D. Williams; her son Barry L. Martin; and her sisters, Karen Martin, Lisa Tyson and Delores Prince.
She is survived by: her children, Chauncey D. Martin, Duke Farley, Jr., Theodore Farley of Reading, Lisa Fuller, Teresa Dixon and Latisha Mann of Reading, PA.; her aunt Mildred Robertson Tampa; her siblings, Lonnie L. (Rosa Lee), Shawn A., Jerold A., Phillip M. Martin of Miami, Florida, Michael Prentice of Philadelphia, PA., Brigette Marshall (Duck) of Tampa, Vickii, Julia Prentice of Philadelphia, PA and Tanya Greene of Pottstown, PA; her niece Shavana Martin; her godchildren, Da'Maj Strong of Reading, PA., Brooklyn Armstrong of Reading, PA., Robert Cole of Reading, PA. and Porsha Carlisle of Reading, PA.; and her close friends, Idella George, Jennifer Jones and Doris Blunt. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren, a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
