She was predeceased by: her spouse Dale W. Mitchell; her parents, John Kuzio and Victoria Kuzio (Meshinsky); and her stepchildren, Michael D. Mitchell and Cathi S. Conti.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie C. Blatt (Tonya) of Fleetwood and Victoria A. Cahoe (Charles A. Cahoe) of Reading; her stepchildren, Cheryll L. Mitchel of West Paterson, NJ, Lori A. Green of Bernville and Juli M. Pfautz of Laureldale; and her brothers, John, Daniel and Michael. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
