She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl H. Adams and Emma G. Adams (Dechant); and her siblings, Earl H. Adams, Jr., Robert W. Adams and Anna Mae Adams.
She is survived by: her sister Geraldine R. Hart (late Jack Hart) of Reading. She is also survived by 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
