He was predeceased by: his parents, Deane Barnhardt and Elsie Barnhardt (Walker); his wife Elizabeth (Sterling); and his sibling Deane Barnhardt. He is survived by: his sons, Brian D. Barnhardt (Susan) of Fernandina Beach, David M. Barnhardt (Valerie) of Lakeland, Donald D. Barnhardt (Rayetta) of Oley, PA, Kevin S. Barnhardt (Pam) of Sinking Spring, PA and Pop-Pop; and his sister Doris Bauer. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
