He is survived by: his children, Dr. Louise A. Bennicoff Johnson (Jeffery K. Johnson) and Timothy J. Bennicoff; his grandchildren, Virginia L. Brensel and Benjamin J. Pellow; and his great grandchildren, Isabella A. Brensel, Allison P. Brensel and Zoe B. Pellow.
