It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlos Liciaga of Reading, Pennsylvania, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Liciaga Sr. and Maria Flora Silva; and his brothers, Gabriel Liciaga, Ismael Porrata and Pedro Lopez.

He is survived by: his siblings, Roosevelt Liciago Jr., Connie Oquendo and Maria Franqui; and his nieces and nephews, Haven Liciago, Paula Liciago and Aiden Liciago.
