She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Schildt (Hinnershitz) and James W. Schildt Sr.. She is survived by: her husband James E. Lewis, Jr. of Reading; her children, Dave Lewis of Reading and Rhonda Lewis Davidson of Reading; her siblings, Jane Miller of Mohnton, Marilyn Henderson of Reading and James W. Schildt Jr. of Reading; and her mother-in-law Valeria Lewis Hoy of Oley.
