She is survived by: her children, Jay H., Jr. (Jodi), Joseph A. (Mary), Exeter, Lynn A. Wilson (Christopher) and Jose M. Diaz, Sr.; her sister Janet Kelly; and her grandchildren, Jose M. Jr., Jeremy, Chase, Jake, Reece, Shane, Ethan and Peyton.
