He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorthea M. Evans (Clark) and Wesley J. Evans; and his siblings, Paul W. Evans, Bluma F. Madeira and Ruth Anna Mae Evans.
He is survived by: his niece Lynn M. Deeds (Chester R. Deeds) of Reading; his friends, Marie Kostarous, Leonard, Joyce Moser, Will Hower, Theresa, Robin Fletcher and Joseph Smith; and his niece Bella.
