He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold and Betty O'Brien. He is survived by: his parents, Janell L. O'Brien (Brown) and David P. O'Brien; his siblings, Morgan O'Brien of Reading, Tanner O'Brien of Reading and Kyle O'Brien of Reading; his grandparents, William and Carol Brown; his niece Riley; and his nephew Owen. He is also survived by his 5 puppies.
