He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara; his sister Sherri Bender; his sister-in-law Sue Radcliffe; his children, Michelle, Andy Siegel, Eric Bender, Abby Brill, Jeffrey and Kim Bender; his grandfather Dave; his grandchildren, Shayla, Jocelyn, Zachary, Bryce, Colin and Caitlin; his brother Roger; and his granddaughter Catherine.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship is being established in Dave's honor.
