He was predeceased by: his father David Cruz Garcia Sr.; and his nephew Jeremiah Garcia. He is survived by: his mother Serena Garcia-Lebron; his siblings, Samuel Rivera, Wanda Rivera, Paulino Rivera, Nancy Cruz Garcia and William Cruz Garcia; and his nieces and nephews, Rosalee Rodriguez, William Rodriguez Jr., Abelino Rodriguez, Daniel Roman Jr., Darius Stern, Tiara Fuller and Elijah Cruz Garcia.
