With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Smith (Reading, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 5, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Smith and Josephine Smith (Hine); his great grandchild Joshua Peek; and his siblings, Harry and Christine Tablone.
He is survived by: his children, Craig D. Smith (April L. Smith) of Flying Hills and Kelly L. Moore of Wyomissing; his grandchildren, Amber Hettinger (Steve), Kyle Smith (Denise), Jenna Hart and Tiffany Smith (Tyler); and his brothers, Joseph (Naomi) and Raymond (Mary). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren with a great grandchild.
