He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Tezak; his parents, Louis P. Tezak and Mary B. Tezak Sable (Bregar); and his stepfather Carl Sable. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Tezak of Kenhorst; and his nephews, Louis J. Tezak, Jr., Manning Tezak (Shawn Tezak) and Jason Tezak.
