He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Vicki L. Clipp (McKale); his parents, Betty Rowene Biller (Schultz) of Charles Town, W. V and Cecil Clipp Jr.; his sons, Jonathan Dean (Jessica B.) and Alex-Jan Victor (Sara R.); his grandchildren, Juliana, Jonathan Dean Jr. and Adriana J. Clipp; his brother Robert Biller of Charles Town, W. V; and his grandchildren, P. O. Box and Memphis.
