He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. Kline and Grace I. Kline (Wahl); and his brothers, Rev. Kenneth L. Kline and Arthur R. Kline. He is survived by: his wife Lois M. Kline; his children, David L. (Jeanne Kline) and Donna M. Kline; his grandchildren, David (Janice) and Sarah (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Jason, Jared and Aidyn.
